Raw Foods Starter Diet

The following is the raw living foods starter diet outlined in its most basic but powerful form.

1. Wheatgrass 40 mL 2x per day starting 1 hour before breakfast (very first thing)

2. Organic Cucumber juice (only cucumber) for breakfast 500 mL

3. Organic Lunch - Big salad for lunch – large plate of salad with sprouts as the first layer with mixed greens on top. Lemon juice for dressing or use the Hippocrates house dressing. One vegetable side dish.

4. Wheatgrass 40mL at around 3 in the afternoon.

5. Organic Cucumber juice (also add spinach to this juice) 500 mL at around 4 in the afternoon

6. Organic dinner taken around the time the sun goes down. Same big salad as described above, plus 2 vegetable side dishes.

The side dishes from the above could include Avacado 3 x per week eaten alone or mixed into the salad. Raw corn 2 x per week alone or with salad. Organic raw nuts like almonds or parra can be taken as snacks. Also many preparations as side dishes can be taken from the many Raw Food cookbooks.

If you want to go into a more radical diet you can drop these ‘side’ dishes and concentrate only on the salad, wheatgrass juices and the cucumber juices.
