What does it mean to eat a raw food diet?

Well, then, let’s get acquainted.  My name is Anna Miller and I have experienced some profound changes in my life and I am here to share it with whomever is interested in learning more.  I am on a raw food journey at the moment and I have lots of interesting and fun stories to share.

What does it mean to eat a raw food diet?

While cooking food destroys the most potent properties of food; consuming uncooked organic vegetable and fruits unlocks nature’s own powerful nutrients and healing energy.  I can say first hand that the transition can be interesting, but worth it.  This is the point of my blog.  Let’s do it together or just laugh your ass off tuning in to my journey.  From time to time I will seem to go off the subject , hell, I’ll probably talk of a million different things.  Let’s just say that I have been on a quest for answers.  I’ve met some interesting characters and have been to 23 countries. (I love my life!)

You are what you eat!  And I’m tired of eating dead food!  I know we’ve all heard that a million times but I’m here to offer you all that I have learned regarding a raw food lifestyle.  One of the experiences that has made me an authority on raw living foods is that I am a certified Hippocrates Health Educator.  The Hippocrates Health Institute is the world leader in the living foods lifestyle.

Millions of people around the world never even get a chance to hear about some of the things I have been able to learn through my travels and through the people I have met.  That’s why I am starting this blog.  

There are ways to live a longer, healthier, happier, and more vital existences.  It doesn’t matter where you’ve been, how old you are, or what your story is.  I am here to tell you that this cutting-edge technology that I can share with you will change your life forever.  You can hear about some of my own stories as we go along.
